At least it's not raining

The story of one family's fight with childhood cancer

a book by Stephen Redman

Rocky Redman

8th May 1994-27th June 2001.

Rocky was the fourth child born to Stephen & Pauline and relished life in a home that was full of love. Rocky was a real boy in a house full of girls but quickly learnt that it did not matter what outfit Barbie was wearing if you were carrying a light-sabre. He loved his Mum, his Dad and his sisters, but he also had a real boy size faith in God, with whom he now lives.

At age 4½ Rocky was diagnosed with a stage IV Neuroblastoma and given three weeks to live. With a lot of prayer and excellent clinical care, Rocky lived almost 3 years, passing his 7th birthday by six weeks.

Stephen, Pauline, Libby, Melody & Arielle will always remember Rocky. If you read “At Least it’s not Raining” maybe you will remember Rocky too!
